Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Infinity Shopping is not responsible for packages that are:
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Lost in transit
- Damaged after delivery
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package, report it to your local carrier and file a claim.
We use carrier timestamps and delivery confirmations when reviewing claims. We may not be able to honor claims that are not reported promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping Fees.
