Return & Refund Policy
At Infinity Shopping, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for items marked as final sale, gift cards, customized or personalized products, or items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
3. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ahmed@infinity-onlinestore.com and include photos clearly showing the issue.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will promptly resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
6. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at ahmed@infinity-onlinestore.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Our support team will then provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
